@JaymetheRN I've been saying this for years.... also I add to fight now while you can or wait till it's you or a loved one in this situation smd be forced to fight for more than just your life.

You don't need to look far to hear about opioid restrictions negatively affecting MANY patients including oncology - surgical. Just because it's "not a problem" for you ... doesn't mean it's not for others

@JaymetheRN I was dropped by my pain Dr and psych drs respectively. They refused to communicate with each other over the perceived "conflict" each thought of what the other was prescribing. This was after being seen by both for 6 years at the time, and with zero problems.

If you're a responsible provider who utilizes opioids for your patients individualized to their needs THANK YOU!! But I ask that it's acknowledged that some patients get NOTHING for painful conditions. It's a thing. A lot of suffering is happening & closing ears doesn't help.
