Bad news, dude:
If your kid doesn’t play travel/AAU they have no chance of playing varsity in high school.
Only exceptions would be small, rural schools without many players to choose from.
Any decent sized high school, every kid on varsity plays travel.

@bobbyhansenjr @anymanfitness other part of this is the age. I didn't play travel ball til I was 13 in one of the largest city's with best athletes in the country. There is zero damn reason you NEED to be playing travel ball before that. Fall in love with the game first and play as many sports as possible

This is exactly why this @KU_Football season has been so frustrating. This team can play with and beat every team in our conference but lost so many games late with poor coaching. Way too talented for the record they have.

By far the most frustrating season ever being a Jayhawk fan and I have been here since 08. This is coaching, they have way too much talent everywhere on the field to have this record and lose the way they do. They have not played a team all season I believe is a better team.

Raiders are working to finalize a deal to hire Antonio Pierce as their head coach, per sources. Raiders made Pierce their interim HC on Halloween night and now are closing in on making it a full-time job. Players who campaigned for Pierce soon are expected to be happy.
