now that i’ve bought an apple watch, i’m feeling more motivated to exercise - weird how closing these rings is more of an incentive than any health benefits! let’s hope this continues 😂 #mark320

@_jasminehaddad I honestly feel like at the start I was extremely motivated!!! but as the uni workload picked up I started to neglect exercising (when I should have been prioritising it for my mental and physical health!!!!) #mark320

@Cai1Mandy This is the same behaviour change that I am doing. I find putting some fruit in my water ie a slice of lemon or even strawberry slices makes it a bit sweeter/tastier (I must say I do have a sweet tooth) 😊
