@AST_arsenal Theres an issue with ST holders who have moved seats recently, nothing has been received and the sale is now open. Surely thats got to be looked into/fed back? Loads have now missed out becuase of a balls up @DarrenArsenal1

@D00mtrain2 Check the emails the season tickets are registered to. And junk folders. Then contact customer services.

Asking for two friends, both entered the UCL ballot, both placed on standby. Their window to buy opens in 13 minutes and still no access codes received. Trying to phone Arsenal but the queue stretches well beyond when these are likely to be sold out. Any ideas anyone?

There are a good number of tickets left. Demand will be well above supply so yes a scramble but there are going to be lots of happy people in an hour.

@Caine_Draper @RyanFandS Just spoke to them on the phone, everything’s ok and they said they could still be sending emails out also as it’s technically a marketing email not a service email make sure you have you’ve clicked yes to campaign emails on your account x
