@caro_irl @Zerobench_f The reason you can’t use them isn’t because of this, it’s because Konami said so (money reasons), but also the card stock itself is different. OCG cards are slightly thicker. There’s also very subtle ruling differences, and the wording can be ever so slightly different

confession: i do not understand why so many mtg players, esp comp grinders, buy cards in languages they do not speak/understand (usually japanese sometimes chinese)
is it jsut because we're weebs or is it a flex that you don't need to read the card to know what it does

@SimpKingKen @lofn777 @MasterDuelSite It’s completely playable, but loses a few of its best starters. No march hare is fine, maliss only recently got that in TCG and was Tier 1 before that anyway. Fieldspell is not necessary but massive consistency hit.

@Ali_Kun03 @distantcoder If you negate the card first with the trap effect, and that resolves, then it doesn’t matter if the card is destroyed, it’s still negated. The only way to dodge target negate is booking a monster, or removing it BEFORE the negate effect resolves

@distantcoder Huh, so chain 1 a random spell/trap -> chain 2 mst -> chain 3 the trap...wouldn't the card i negated with the trap have it's effect resolve when it's in the gy?

Voting with your money is the best way of protesting, but it’s also completely fair for people to still want to go to the event they have been really excited for? @Gamebreak0r I didn’t even touch this DC - really not enjoying this format. TCG at the moment feels farrrrr more fun and engaging. Seriously hope MD addresses the power level issue soon

Slightly better DC experience than last time, could’ve been prepared a bit better.
But HOLY Snake Eye/White Forest/Tenpai/Stun format still is definitely not it, they’re all about not letting you play Yugioh in one way or another 😩
