Huge Calisthenics Update is on the way! As a lifter who has been doing Calisthenics for more than 12 years, it would be a shame if I didn't add a Calisthenics-focused mode to Thymos. I am working on a Calisthenics Tree where you'll be able to track your progress throughout variations of bodyweight exercises. Because with Calisthenics, progression is about variations rather than prescribed rep ranges. With this big update I will have added more than 120 exercises to the library. Take a look at the list and suggest anything missing:
