@lastminute_com You're USELESS! My daughter has been waiting for options from you for amending/cancelling since May. You promised to ring her but didn't, she sent email and received a reply you were, "working on it"- nothing, now you email saying you have received her cancellation request!!!

@Airbnb_uk have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I have been told on two separate occasions that I can get a refund and both times were a mistake. Their response time is beyond a joke!!! I am getting seriously annoyed now!!!! It's already been over a week!
