This is very tragic. Rest in peace. The incident appears to be a case of Involuntary Manslaughter, where a death unintentionally results from an illegal or recklessly negligent act. An example would be a fatal accident caused by a driver who is speeding or driving carelessly, qualifying as involuntary manslaughter. However, I would be concerned since the powers that be have chosen to increase racial tensions (by massive overreaction of the George Floyd death and massive promotion of BLM - despite the majority of the european populations - who are hardworking, working class, and honest - not being racist) that this might influence whether charges are pressed. For instance, as crazy, and sad, as it may sound, if the victim were of a darker skin tone and the perpetrator white, it's conceivable that there would be significant outcry in this discussion, with accusations of a racially motivated attack. Colour of skin should of course bear no significance. A tragedy has occurred here. The perpetrator should face criminal charges.
