Today’s update actually brought a lot of QoL fixes and improvements that’ll probably get overlooked during the Weekender, so I wanted to give credit where it’s due and acknowledge some of these. Because as they add up, they’re going to noticeably improve how the game feels to play. • The zone in HG now has much clearer visuals • Health bar is much quicker and more accurate • No more going through rocks when matchmaking • HG crates are organized properly • FPS feels much more stable and consistent • An actual Streamer Mode is now in the game • New HUD element for both crew & proximity chat • Easier to climb into cannons when you need to • And a lot of other small fixes So even though this season and maybe next season might not have big adventure content, I think it’s a good thing to focus on polishing the game and fixing its foundation before doing something big. Even if that’s a little disappointing for people waiting and wanting something new and exciting to do. But at the same time, this is what people have been asking for. How many times have you seen “stop adding things and fix the game”? Well this is what that looks like. They listened. And if these fixes actually stick, and we keep getting these improvements on existing features, then we’re heading in the right direction.
