Our new paper is out in @NatureComms! Here we show that GATA-1 binding can be blocked by target site methylation & that mutation of a single base that prevents methylation at a GATA-1 site in the c-Kit gene alters haematopoiesis in mice. nature.com/articles/s4146… @UNSWScience
