@zebronics @zeb_techsupport 2️⃣ Courier it at my own cost, even under valid warranty. That’s not acceptable. Why should I pay for shipping when it's YOUR product failure? I’m legally entitled to warranty service without unreasonable burden, as per India’s Consumer Protection Act.

Hey @amazonIN Order ID: 360860987263 — ordered on May 24, supposed to arrive June 2. Today’s June 4, still nothing. Delivery guy tells me to walk 1km to get it myself, talks rudely, he blocks all calls. Made 30+ calls in 3 days, agents keep “escalating.” Nothing happens.
