It does matter, the effect his one strike has on her versus the effects or lack there of her many strikes on him says it all why it matters. No one is sayin she’s right or justified. But when one hurts a significantly smaller and weaker opponent while the opponent can’t hurt you. It’s always wrong. That’s why there’s weight classes in combat sports. That’s why there’s laws against assaulting minors, no matter how much they deserve it. He could have walked away period.
