4 times Iv been in queues and kicked off 4 times trying to get @WWE @WWEUK tickets for #RoadToRoyalRumble. My boy will be heart broken if I can’t get tickets for us for his birthday. 🤬😤😢

@stevebracher19 @AXS_UK I got through to the queue instantly and then it said sold out, it then kicked me out of the website and sent me to the back of the queue. I imagine there was some issue with the website when they went on sale

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers are entitled to expect services to be provided with reasonable care and skill, and for products/services to be as described. In this case, the memberships have failed to deliver the advertised benefits

Ticketing at #ChelseaFC has recently been a truly miserable experience - Incorrect loyalty points - Delayed sales - Wrong people able to buy - 135,000 members in a queue - Asked to pay £200 with 1 week notice - Small allocations not sold on loyalty points CFC must do better…

Yet another pointless 30 minutes waiting for Chelsea tickets, As a True blue member and fan of 60 years I am so disillusioned by the whole ticket fiasco
