@chess_assist That's an intelligent question! according to the rules he'll definitely qualify. But i highly doubt he'll be willing to enter candidates against all the bloodthirsty modern players.

Chess Doubt: Garry Kasparov has an inactive rating of 2812. If he plays 30 Fide rating games before May 1, does he qualify for the candidates? 😅
