@Keir_Starmer It still won’t be free to watch Keir. You support the TV licence. Remember ?

Football should bring people together, not shut them out. For the first time since the competition began, fans won’t be able to watch the Champions League final for free. That’s not right. This is bigger than wanting to watch Arsenal in this historic final. It’s bigger than one club. Hardworking people shouldn’t have to fork out for a subscription to watch this match. I urge TNT Sports to reconsider and make the final next Saturday free to watch.

@g_gosden The whole female thing is getting a bit old now.. She’s is a senior politician in what is generally regarded as a failing government. Gender has nothing to do with it. Equality is equality. Starmer would have had the same treatment I imagine.

A major British Newspaper threatened to do a story including some of my tweets and making defamatory claims. I left my tweets up as I have nothing to hide and warned them I would sue for defamation and Libel. They retracted the story. The British Press shouldn’t be allowed to bully us. Don’t give them an inch.

Can anyone explain to me why Brexit has failed to do in 10 years what Starmer has managed to do in one, and somehow people think he’s the “worst” Prime Minister we’ve ever had?

@IslingtonChap You are aware the public aren’t complaining about net migration ? They’re complaining about illegal entry and false asylum seeking. These aren’t immigrants.

She did it. She pounced on the net migration. Like the fierce tiger she is. And they can’t call her racist. They can’t say her numbers aren’t credible. So all they can do is whinge. Impotently.

@confidencenac Why do the far left always attempt to create divide ? She’s a senior politician acting in that capacity. Her and her parties work was criticised. That’s it. Nothing to do with sex. The public should hold females to the same standard.

@stellacreasy Stella. Labour are ruined and people are fed up of unbelievably crap leadership. The public want Labour out. She’s a senior politician. Regardless of gender. Equal treatment is exactly that.

@DanielJHannan Would Keir, Lammy or any other senior Labour have had the same treatment ? As we’ve been taught for years- women can be anything or do anything. Equal opportunities are exactly that. You can’t demand equal opportunities with less responsibility or special measures.

I sense that this is out of temper with the times but, for once, I am on Rachel Reeves’s side. Civility matters in politics and, if we stop policing the boundaries, things slide very quickly. I’m afraid I don’t see it as remotely brave to shout at a woman while you drive away.

@SwiftTrader0 @69Erastus69 @RachelReevesMP You are deluded to think that giving free tickets to kids for a few weeks is what the UK needs currently yes. My point around policing was an example of areas that do actually need significant improvement. Buses currently don’t.

@ClinicalOps @69Erastus69 @RachelReevesMP I’m the deluded one and you are bringing policing into a completely different conversation? Working families shouldn’t need free buses but it will help some of them I’m sure = good. Everything doesn’t have to be a negative because other things are shit.

Good news for families - every child aged 5-15 in England will travel free on buses this summer, with unlimited journeys, no registration required, and no cost to families. Our economic plan is the right one. Tackling the cost of living and building a stronger Britain.

Rachel Reeves cutting VAT on family summer activities is exactly the kind of practical politics people want to see. Helping families afford days out, freezing fuel duty and easing pressure during the holidays instead of endless culture wars? More of this please.

@SwiftTrader0 @69Erastus69 @RachelReevesMP Deluded. A working family shouldn’t need free buses, for a few weeks, to go somewhere nice. They’ve been working all year. They deserve to be able to afford to get away for week or have a standard of policing to an international standard. These are just normal things.

@PaganOrigin @lukejcr It’s always men telling us as women how we should feel, we shouldn’t treat women any differently to a man in the same position. We seem to be labelling all criticism from a man to female MPs as misogynistic, like many labels these days, overused to the point of being meaningless.

@timetoshine1234 @PaganOrigin @lukejcr Please can you break down what you saw ? I’m genuinely interested to hear it. A lady in a senior leadership position being challenged, at work, on the policies of her employer ? Why does sex come into this ? Equal treatment and opportunities without the responsibility?

@lukejcr Labour actively worked against women and girls ? On numerous times ? So you are suggesting he is violent ? Or that females in leadership positions should not be challenged ? Or, that she should be treated differently to men in this positions ?

@MasterMaliq With respect, do you really not know the answer to this ? Recent events over the past decade will tell you the answer. I appreciate that it is not fair on the Muslims who are good people. However, this is something you as a cohort need to work on. Not us.

Muslims are not dangerous. We are human beings like everyone else, with families, love, care, and ordinary lives. Our faith teaches compassion, not hatred. Our Prophet taught respect and mercy. Yes, there are a few extremists who distort our religion and bring shame to it, but they do not represent the vast majority of Muslims. So why is it that many still get profiled and treated as suspects? Is it fear, or hate?
