@TheCoachBear Coach idc what the numbers say. If I’m in the backfield them LBs hitting they drops immediately 😂 but Gibbs back there it’s a different story. Rules are rules on D no matter who back there, but NFL guys understand pers n tendencies. If that’s the case why run play action at all?

@titansfilmroom Hello! Since this is in response to me Ill note--I actually said *in the clip* EPA was incomplete, but also...statistically, individual RBs don't really impact play action. (nytimes.com/athletic/98087…) A dominant run *game* is important, but OL is arguably more important there.

@ChangedMAN_95 @JamesALight Depends on the system. For me there’s a read version(I call it Tom) where they’ll read the OC, laid out in description & a true pick version w/no read(I call it Tim). Tom is called in the play for me, Tim is built into call & players know that w/certain calls, usually pressures

Indiana DE coach Buddha Williams - Tan Stunt - Read Twist game with DT & NG - Both interior DL read the Center - Center To You = Wrap - Center Away = Penetrate/Pick - Used primarily vs gap scheme to equate numbers to the play side.

@coachkou Yea, they use “4” as their Mint front MM Quarters & “7” as their 4 down MM Quarters. Took me a minute to figure that one out lol. Stubbie is used when they’re in 7 and Mini when they’re in 4. So same concepts have different names between the 2, but some are used in both like MOD

@CoachMusetti I get you coach, and that's a valid way - a lot of NFL teams teach this collapsing with the cut technique on counter as it wins multiple gaps in minus fits - and you gotta find ways to make NFL backs chop their feet or they'll cook you

@ThinkingFtball Not teach tape to me cuz of this position he’s in. Cuz it’s not a “spill/wrong arm” I’d want his eyes up ready to ricochet 2nd puller and/or ready to work flat down the LOS when ball bounces. Hate injury factor 100%, but as a D guy, I’d be fired up on the sideline seeing the hit
