At this month's @Coaching_CCCC Check-In, our conversation turned toward rescuing & we asked: Is it ever OK to rescue? And what becomes possible when we don’t? Can you recall a time when you consciously chose not to rescue? What shifted for your client because you didn’t step in?

Looking ahead to December, we’ll be turning the pages of @JamesClear's Atomic Habits, a staple on many shelves & for good reason. We’ll explore how small shifts can lead to lasting change, & how we as coaches can walk alongside others as they build habits that serve their growth

Next Monday, we’ll be diving into Clarity, Communication & Connection by @LucyRennie1, a book that beautifully echoes our collective focus on presence, purpose, & the power of meaningful dialogue. You're invited to come along with your reflections, your Qs, & your favourite brew.

Every few months, we gather with book in hand and cuppa at the ready, to explore a read that resonates with the themes we’ve been unpacking in the @Coaching_CCCC Masterclasses and Check-In sessions. It’s a space for thoughtful conversation & shared curiosity.
