Oh no, not @TMobile too now!? They were the last of the corporations that had good customer service of the u.s. telecom companies! 5 customer service reps lied, and the supervisor just said it doesn't matter. I said the calls are recorded so you have proof.

Don't get @TMobile home internet. At @SamsClub I got the home internet box, it didn't work great so I went to local t-mobile store and got the extender. This was still not the answer, I tried returning the system, they told me I had 15 days, NOPE! Run from T-Mobile, ripoff!

Why does it take @TMobile so long to answer now? Their customer service use to be top tier. Now I’m always on hold no less than 30 minutes at a time 😡

Having a nightmare of a customer experience with @TMobile at the moment. Ordered a phone with a trade-in on 3/30. Have yet to receive the phone and no one at T-Mobile can give me straight answers. To top it off, new bill shows new phone with a charge tied to it. Regret the switch
