No…everything earned within the marriage is 50/50 and anything before it “on the prenup” is not. You can negotiate for replacement income based on your earning potential IF you stay at home to raise children but it is not vesting. I just personally have a lot of respect for marriage as a sacred social act. I hate seeing it discussed like a business because it is not. I don’t support such things as open marriages etc. if something has such broad definition, then it loses meaning. Marriage = 1 person = 1 ring = monogamy. No social stretching of the term to fit one’s need. If you want sexual variety, get divorced. No comparison of it to a business contract. It taints marriage.
