Well we had an eventful day. At 933pm this little guy came into the world via c section at only 27 weeks. He weighed 2lb 9oz and is doing great all things considered. Still working on his name :/ I've only seen him for about 30 seconds but hoping to visit NICU soon.

My kids really enjoyed making their own fruit lollies last summer so that's going on my list too 😊

If it's a hot day, a home made avocado milkshake, fruit (watermelon is great) or home made fruit ice lollies:)

I've found abrand called Kallo that are cheaper than the brand leader & their blueberry & vanilla ones have lots less sugar than other sweet rice cakes (sorry, not meant to be a sales pitch!) #afterschoolrefuel
