Lt pneumothorax with mediastinal shift as evidenced by absent left lung markings and ⬅️ shift of left paratracheal stripe + left posterior junction line to the right, beyond the vertebral column ⬜ with flattering of left diaphragm crus 🟩. The distal airway🟦, lower mediastinum and the cardiac shilloute 🟥 are shifted to the right. The left lung 🟨appears to be collapsed, however a paravertebral pathology needs to be ruled out.
