Been watching @JohnStossel for years, so it was a pleasure to talk to him about the nicotine pouch panic sweeping state capitals. Nicotine pouches contain no tobacco, no smoke, no combustion. Hardly any kids use them. But states like New York want to tax them into oblivion. The result will be to keep more people smoking.
