One way to aid struggling single parents who are struggling during COVID would be to implement income transfers or subsidies to help them support their children.

It is very interesting to see how large a part social media plays in elections in recent years. Social media allows candidates to spread their messages to people across the country. As well, the amount of ability the media has to report through social media.

@ematmaniyer Hey! I think it is very interesting how the world has developed. It is crazy that social media is one of the largest drivers for learning now, I wonder how far this will continue to go.

@Badarsahi0 Hi Badar! I think it is interesting to consider how we would have learned and done work before technology. I think it makes it much easier to get things done, however, I am sure that the distractions have risen drastically!

In the first 3 weeks of classes, I have learned a lot about the evolution of the internet and the process of learning itself. I also learned a lot about how technology has changed learning and the effects of multi-tasking while trying to learn. #EM203Robin

@Em203MichaelLin Hey Michael! I think it is also crazy how fast humans are changing their learning patterns. You are right that the overall improvement has not been seen yet and I wonder how advanced things will get.

Really fascinated by how humans had to change learning patterns that were relatively consistent in the past millennia. The introduction of learning technologies has so far advanced human learning by a lot. However, the overall improvement over time is yet to be seen. #EM203Robin

@BuckleyEm203 Hey Taylor, great post! I am also someone who learns best by doing as I find I retain the task or knowledge more effectively.

In EM203 I have examined various learning theories. One that resonates most to me is learning by doing. I tend to put a lot on my plate at once, so I am a big multi-tasker! #em203robin

So far in EM203 I have learned various skills that I can apply to my life as well as many theories. One thing that I have taken away from the course so far is how important it is to focus on one task rather then multi-tasking in the digital age. #EM203Robin
