Going from $10K to $50K per month really comes down to two things: doing more of what works and testing way more experiments Because at $10K/month, you're still playing cautious. Limited budget means you test slow, one thing at a time, waiting days/weeks to see if something works But once you're past $10K, everything changes because you've got actual capital to play with And now you can launch 5 channels at the same time instead of just 1, test 5 niches at once, and double down on winners immediately. This game is all about speed and the faster you test and multiply what's working, the faster you break through to $50K But here's where most people f*ck up when scaling.. they have no systems You need insanely tight SOPs and team structure where everyone knows their role without you micromanaging. Everything should be documented so well that you could basically vanish for a month and shit still runs smooth Also crucial: hire 10/10s, not 7/10s. A 7/10 does what you tell them. A 10/10 sees what needs to happen before you even say it and improves things on their own. Those A-players are the difference And if you're running branded channels or higher quality stuff, make sure to use backend offers and brand deals on top of the AdSense $$$ So bottom line: $10K → $50K is about better systems and moving way faster
