@theficouple Generally correct, but depends on the persons situation. In general I’m a fan of owning but sometimes renting just makes more sense.

We bought a home in 2023 for $260,000 & the payment is $1,921/mo. It's cheaper in our market to rent than it is to buy a home & there can be thousands of dollars a year of maintenance that comes with owning vs renting. Anyone who says renting is "throwing money away" is wrong.

@indexnforgetit @HeroDividend I have met millionaires who own crypto, and even consider them friends. However, I will say they were involved with Bitcoin very early on. So it's still the concept of getting in something early with low risk.

@Joncole23 But that isn't crypto's fault, that's a gambling addiction. Like betting on races, or stealing money to play the lottery. Broke the fundamental rule of risk management in the worst way but using someone else's money.
