@PicknPay please resolve my issue with missing items from my asap order

@PicknPay I placed an order on ASAP PNP, which was delivered, but I have missing items and I have been charged for them. I ordered items to cook lunch. The support number is busy I have been holding on for 45 min. I have submitted an email as well. My order number is 5354125
