Discharge 2 Assess BHNFT

To start Day 3 of #GiveitaGoWeek2023 we are with @D2ABHNFT team who are training support staff to co-ordinate within the team. This will increase skills & knowledge of processes, increase communication & collaboration, improve MDT working and free up qualified OT's @barnshospital

#GiveItAGoWeek Being a forward-thinking team we are always looking at new ways to work together. This week we will be training our support staff to co-ordinate within the D2A team to increase skills & knowledge & increase communication & collaboration improving MDT working.

We had a productive stakeholder meeting on Tuesday with multi-disciplinary colleagues tweaking & testing the new electronic 1B Discharge Tracker - it took a lot of brain power but the result will hopefully make a big difference!
