China 1980 तक गरीब मुल्क था. आज यह सारे मुल्क विकसित और अमीर मुल्क मुल्क है. जो इन मुल्कों ने किया वो भारत क्यों नही कर पा रहा है. इन मुल्कों ने अपनी जनता के स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा और गरीबी मिटाने पर भारी निवेश किया. बिजली, सड़क, साफ पानी, स्कूल और अस्पताल मुहैया कराया. क्या आपके पास यह सारी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हैं ? बार बार चुनाव जीतना कोई उपलब्धि नही है. एक कार्यकाल में अगर नेता ने आर्थिक और सामाजिक विकास किया यह किसी बड़ी उपलब्धि से कम नही है. चुनाव जीतना नेता की निजी उपलब्धि होती है इससे राष्ट्र या जनता से कोई सरोकार नही होना चाहिए. चुनाव जीतने के बाद नेता का प्रोग्रेस रिपोर्ट कार्ड क्या कह रहा है, क्या उसने रोजगार का सृजन किया, क्या उसने गरीबी दूर की, क्या उसने जनता के जीवन स्तर में सुधार किया ? गोला पर एक देश है जहां प्रोग्रेस रिपोर्ट कार्ड देखकर वोट नही दिया जाता है. यहां धर्म, गाय, जाती और अन्य भावनात्मक मुद्दों पर वोट देकर जनता अपना नुकसान और नेताओं को फायदा पहुंचाती है.
