Start with the WHY. In everything that you do ask Why. Why am I doing this? Why am I motivated? Why am I making these choices? Why is this the system I use? Why peels away layers to solve problems by asking the question, WHY? Asking why brings you awareness to a situation as well as self reflection. Finally asking WHY leads to more effective leadership and emotional intelligence. Asking WHY solves problems!
