~30K of 150+ IQ workers in America are close to their full potential (no addictions, mental health issues, school drop out, massive underemployment etc)
~15K of the healthily raised 150+ IQ workers in America are working in actual productive fields (not finance, law or social media ads)
How many truly productive, non-underachieving 150IQ+ folks does China have? ~500K

The Chinese government offers subsidies focusing on the quantity of patents filed.
Europe & America didn't offer cash rewards (which incentivize volume) unlike China.
You could lower the number for China adjusting for junk patents.

IQ average is wonky in India due to caste system legacy, poverty and many ethnicities being thrown together.
They absolutely do have top tier talents.
Their JEE advanced is arguably the hardest math exam the world.
99.99% of Americans would fail that exam spectacularly.
50K Indians pass this test per year.
These are the ones that are a strict upgrade to your workforce of you can get them over.

When you actually test women's preferences experimentally, IQ doesn't measurably increase attractiveness at all — physical attractiveness totally dominates across the speed-dates literature. Stated preferences ≠ revealed preferences.
