@DandG_Support What’s the point!!! £80 a month and when I try to book a repair I get this every time I try!!! I go straight to the log in & it says it’s expired after about 15 seconds!!!

@DandG_Support been trying to get through to someone regarding a repair, your engineer went to the wrong address last week then claimed we weren't in. Your website is awful and won't let me rebook, and you're customer service number is rubbish. Can you help get my job rebooked?

I’m here to post again about the simply horrific service provided by Domestic+General @DandG_Support Since last week their social media team have been active but I have not had one single phone call about my case. Not one. Just an email to say someone will be in touch. Nothing since. I’ve asked again and again for them to call. That’s another week without a boiler. Another week when this company do not care. Please share this. Do not be fooled by them, when I’ve needed them I’ve been ignored. It’s astonishing.

@DandG_Support @darrellcurrietv Emma, this is ridiculous. When I worked at the bank, we always made sure unwanted attention was squashed as soon as possible. This man works in television and can sway a few people away from you with word of mouth. The fact you have let this go is a massive own goal. Very poor

@DandG_Support I pay insurance for my appliance. I’ve been without a working freezer for 2 weeks despite 2 engineer visits and now my fridge is broken. I have a T1 diabetic child whose medication needs to be kept cold, my issue apparently and a wait of 3-5 days for a call!🤬🤬🤬

I don’t often send out posts like this but is anyone senior at @DandG_Support able to help me? Your customer service team have promised for months that a manager will call me back. I have escalated complaints. Your escalation team promised 3 days ago again that someone senior would call back within 48 hours. I currently have no boiler. I have no hot water. I have kids. I’ve been a customer for a long time. This level of service is totally unacceptable. I can only assume you do not value customers at all? I’m happy to post messages here with interaction from your team. Of broken promises. Of lies. I’d prefer to do this in private but your team are incredibly unhelpful. Please let me know your response. I’d encourage others to share this as a warning to the level of service your company actually provides when people need help.
