@SamsungIndia @SamsungTV Hands down the worst customer service and after sales service. Purchased a TV it got some display issue, they replaced the panel and it's still bad. Complained again. "Oh just extend the warranty" they said. Hassasment. Crazy fraud and harassment.

@SamsungIndia Samsung tv is the worst.I have sony for last 10 years without any problem.we purchased Samsung tv 2 years back , now creating a problem.not the company says that they will not cover it. This is the 2nd worst experience with samsung. No more purchases from them. Worst products

@SamsungIndia @cromaretail This is shocking. Bought a Samsung TV on 14 Oct, installed on 15 Oct, stopped working on 19 Oct. Now replacement denied because invoice serial number doesn’t match the TV delivered. Croma blames Samsung, Samsung blames Croma. This feels like fraud.
