@garylfrancione Had the decision gone the other way any law impacting other states would be suspect, laws regulating emissions, even false advertising statutes. Sounds like you don’t like #Prop12, but in the case it was just a foil for a radical pro corporate agenda.

I am amazed that "animal peple" are excited about the Supreme Court decision concerning #Prop12. There is an exception that allows pigs to be confined 5 days before birth and throughout nursing, or for veterinary reasons, or for 6 hours per day for 4 days every month for any reason. And Prop 12 sold out egg-laying hens who are allocated 1 square foot of space. And this cost millions and millions of dollars. "Animal people" who call this a "victory" are profoundly confused-at best. #Vegan #veganism
