While the land acquisition officer and collector office are washing their hands off, they are equally responsible for not scrutinising the paperwork correctly. @sudhirmehtapune In Mumbai, road widths have remained the same for the last 20–30 years, but new projects have been developed at an exponential rate. Whoever is the approving authority needs to check whether there is adequate space for traffic management or not, before approving any new project.
