@DeskLine_HR After 90 monutes of waiting we retrieved out package. it had some tape of bpost on it mentioning “package damaged”. The valuable content was replaced by something else. We were robbed!

Hoe kan het dat @bpost_nl me eerst 35 euro voor administratie douane en BTW laat betalen via hun app, samen met een foto van het pakket met mijn adres op... om het na de inklaring terug naar afzender sturen , omdat mijn adres niet correct was(?) zonder mogelijkheid tot verweer???
