Technicians visited but said long wire needs to be replaced hence they will not help, alternatively they forced for Jio air fiber connection. Since my usage is high and my requirements will not fulfilled within 1000GB, hence I did not agree for it.

Jio fiber have worst ever service in West Delhi and they are not taking customer seriously. Without permission of customer, they have change service schedule and close the service request withou resolution. I strongly recommend not to use jio fiber. @JioCare @RelianceJioCare

@jiocare They didn't come for fifth reschedule also ( jio fiber order no: NO00018YLC22). Now the customer care again says that installation will be completed before today sixth reschedule .my street also have jio fiber ports .It really spoil the reputation of jio #jiocomplaint.

Jio AirFiber की घटिया सेवा – उपभोक्ताओं के साथ खुला धोखा मैं जयपुर ज़िले के एक ग्रामीण क्षेत्र का उपभोक्ता हूँ। एक वर्ष पहले गाँव में इंटरनेट की समस्या के कारण मजबूरी में Jio AirFiber का कनेक्शन लिया। हर महीने ₹706 का भुगतान नियमित रूप से कर रहा हूँ। शुरुआत के कुछ महीने ठीक रहे, लेकिन पिछले कई महीनों से हालात बदतर हो चुके हैं। अब तो दिन में 5-7 घंटे तक ‘No Internet’ दिखाता है। मैंने कई बार शिकायत की, हर बार बस यह कहा गया कि “टीम काम कर रही है” अब समय आ गया है कि Jio जैसी कंपनियों की पोल खुले, हम ग्रामीण उपभोक्ता कोई भिखारी नहीं हैं - हम भी अपने अधिकारों के लिए खड़े होंगे। ज्यादा से ज्यादा रिट्वीट करें और अपना विरोध दर्ज कराये। ✊ @JioCare @reliancejio #ambani
