The $AAOI hype actually makes sense Current numbers: • $7.5B market cap • 16.5x P/S • FY25 revenue: $445M (+82% YoY) • 30% gross margin But the story is in the guidance: • Q1'26 revenue: $150M–$165M (+12%-23% QoQ) • 2026 gross margin: 35%-40% • Management targeting > $1B revenue in 2026 Management even referenced $378M per month by mid-2027 (optimistic) → annualized run-rate of $4.5B Moat: • Vertically integrated (design → lasers → transceivers) • Expanding laser manufacturing capacity (tripling in Texas) As they reshore their whole assembly into the US (2027), the 'Made in America' premium will command higher multiples Demand isn’t the issue Capacity is They’re essentially booked for the next 2 years Bottom line: If the ramp works → hype justified If execution slips → valuation collapses quickly #AAOI #Stock

Just today, $NVDA CEO Jensen Huang mentioned, $NVDA will scale AI systems using optics. Top companies that develop optical technologies that are set to be winners in next generation AI cycle- 1. $LWLG - Electro-Optic Polymer Lead 2. $LITE - High Speed Laser Optics Leader 3. $AAOI - AI Transceiver Supply Leader 4. $COHR - Integrated Photonics Powerhouse 5. $AXTI - Semiconductor Substrate Specialist 6. $CIEN - Optical Networking Innovator Bookmark this post for later!

*AI CHIPMAKER CEREBRAS SYSTEMS PRICES IPO AT $185 PER SHARE *RAISES $5.5B IN YEAR'S BIGGEST IPO *GIVES CEREBRAS A MARKET VALUE OF ABOUT $40B

$NBIS is becoming one of the biggest winners in the new AI economy because it can deliver compute efficiently at scale. The number that mattered most to me was Nebius seeing four or more customers competing for every GPU it brings online (huge for AI cloud market). Management also said they raised prices again and are still selling out across both old and new GPU generations which is one of the cleanest pricing power signals you can get. This is a $100B company in the making.

$RKLB JUST BECAME A 20-BAGGER FOR ME 🤯

@ParadisLabs What are your thoughts on AAOI’s ability to manufacture their CW ELS lasers for CPO?

@aleabitoreddit Photonics and optical networking still feel underappreciated relative to how important they are becoming for AI infrastructure. $AAOI has the potential to become the next $SNDK-style infrastructure winner if the AI demand ramp continues.
