@CloisterRes walton locked float vs mkt cap passive bid. traded float pretty low for mkt cap so levitates over time via passives. Bigger = more passive. walton's dont sell = perpetual motion machine... Passive is very sloppy now with these mega caps if no one sells

the discrepancy between who pays top brackets is retarded in US. 600k vs 6m basically treated the same. Which is a joke. Ratcheting up tax brackets between 200-500k really misses the plot vs. those with capital who free roll.
