@skytv Have restarted many times - & odd the customer service team don’t even seem to know about the outrage. what is being done to resolve this & compensate ???

We are aware of a technical issue that has impacted some Sky Q and Sky+ customers, causing a “no satellite signal” message to appear. This issue has now been fully resolved - impacted customers need to restart their devices to restore service. If there are any further problems please do reach out to the Sky help team: Sky.com/help

Why is @ubereats_uk @UberEats customer service so so bad? Your food arrives late, cold and to top it off smashed in the bag and you just get autoresponses from humans who don’t read your messages. They’ll find any way to avoid actually addressing the issue #poorcustomerservice
