Unpopular opinion: You don't need "better hooks." You need better Pacing. 📉 I see founders spending thousands on cameras, but their videos flatline after 3 seconds. Why? Because the edit is boring. At Vanta, we don't just "cut clips." We engineer retention using data: • 0:00 - 0:03: The Pattern Interrupt (Visual hook). • 0:15 - 0:30: The Re-engagement (B-Roll or Motion Graphic). • 0:59:The Payoff (Call to Action). We edit for the Algorithm, so you don't have to guess. Editors: What is your #1 trick for keeping retention high? Discuss below. 👇 #ContentStrategy #MarketingTips #VideoEditing #Growth

Most short-form content fails in the first 3 seconds. Stop using generic templates and start hooking your audience with dynamic pacing right out the gate. Clean cuts and the right rhythm change everything. That’s the standard at Vanta Visuals. 🎬🚀 #VideoEditing #Shorts #CreatorEconomy

Building a solo editing agency means you wear every hat, but the actual editing is still the best part of the process. Bringing raw footage to life never gets old. What are you building or creating this weekend? Drop it below 👇 #VantaVisuals #BuildInPublic

@Dina_er__ Exactly. And once that happens you get any job possible. But that's actually what leads to burnout and quitting. Don't you agree?

$10 for a long-form video? Honestly, you shouldn't even open your software for that amount. Even "Early Hadad" knew that. But jokes aside, working with low-paying customers is actually worse than working with no customers at all. When you have no customers, you have time to hunt. When you have $10 customers, you are too busy "grinding" for pennies. You are literally paying the client to waste your life. Don't get me wrong, when you start out, you need experience. But after 200+ coaching calls this past year, I’ve seen the same pattern: Editors who have the skills, the portfolio, and the talent, but are staying stuck in "Editing Hell" because of fear. - They are afraid to send the email. - They are afraid to ask for higher rates. - They are afraid the customer will say "No." The hard trust? Fear is the only thing keeping you from the $1,000+ projects So stop overthinking. Put your mind on pause and just take the shot. Send the email. Pitch the client. Ask for the high-ticket price. Most of the time, you will be shocked at how easy it actually is once you stop asking for permission. Take the shot. P.S - That guy even deleted his post lol

@sarachesches Paying 50% to start the project and then the other 50% when the project is finished and delivered works better with most people. As some people need a little more time to trust each other

📅 I'VE SPENT 1 MONTH BUILDING IN PUBLIC Last year, I spent hours doomscrolling. Now, I spend hours on an unpaid job. 😅 But seriously, I've transformed my brainrot into self-discovery. I've learned to communicate ideas. I've learned to build a reputation. I've learned how to iterate on failure. My X journey has had many bumps. I've had consecutive days of net follower loss. I've had posts with below 100 views. I've had moments of wanting to give up. But I kept posting and replying. Today one of my posts went viral. 25K views, 200 likes, and 30 bookmarks. Recognition doesn't come from one good post. It comes from building a personal brand. Over hundreds of posts and thousands of replies. A brand that people trust and find valuable. It's a lot of work on top of doing a 9-5 and building my habit tracking app. But I've grown a lot, both as a creator and developer.
