@xnightdrives @WestMidRailway Because it's more profitable for them. They're going to give a silly excuse like: shortage of train crew or carriages, which is obviously a lie as a large portion of their reduced schedule is cancelled.

@WestMidRailway @neb_robinson The goal of the system is to make you give up on getting a refund. They make it extremely difficult and time consuming in hope you realize it's not worth even more of your time for 40p after 30 days, IF they even choose to repay you.

Appalling customer services @WestMidRailway The 7:15 London (euston) to Birmingham train was severely delayed and then cancelled all stops between Coventry and Birmingham- including mine. Over an hour delayed having to changeover at Coventry. Now refund refused? Why?

@WestMidRailway you cancelled my train again. After showing it as on time, than delaying minute by minute till completely delayed. Then you cancelled it completely. I will be late for work again. Again. Lack of train crew. How did you find that out AFTER the train was due?
