Avoid.Returned a brass Monza radiator valve in exact condition received(all brass).They used a photo of a different item(plastic+brass)to deny my £70 refund.Either incompetence or misleading practice.Out £70 for nothing.Will be escalating and warning others.@Victorianplumb

@Victorianplumb @BBCNews @itvnews Got scammed over a return. Sent back a radiator valve exactly as received (all brass). Company used a photo of a completely different item (plastic + brass) to deny my £70 refund. Either a serious mix-up or misleading practice. I’m not the first.

No communication in the first 7 working days whatsoever. I call to be told that an engineer has been arranged and my bodyshop informed via email. This was not the case. Wasted entire day with car at bodyshop no engineer showed up. No communication from direct line again
