When you're facing a day with a mental health issue looming, it can go either way depending on how you begin. GET UP & GET MOVING to start. Go outside if you can. Walk, jog, skip, whatever. Staying shrouded in bed compresses you and makes it harder to break the crust off the day.

I was informed over the weekend that the vaccine will not prevent infection, but only (if effective,) keep you from getting sick. As such, even with national distribution, Covid positive cases (the justification for lockdowns,) are not going away.
