Before⬅️ After➡️ (+4.3 mph) The 3rd video is one of the things 🤫 we did to help him find his way. Velocity is a math problem that is built through many variables. One of them is timing & Setting The back leg well so it can “go” directionally- on time. Drew spent two hours after his assessment where he did not throw a baseball. Because in order to get the dominoes to Fall the way we want them to - you gotta get them out of their comfort zone… then build them back up. This is 4 hours of work on Saturday 😉
