Hethereau city is definitely not rainbows and sunshine people get harrassed on daily basis by anomalies scream for help this girl was trapped by one hand sword anomaly you can literally hear her screams to the second side of road (in jp voice pack).

@Daily_hotori That's called NARRATIVE DISONANCE, in Eibon ppl should be terrified about anomalies (i remaind you that they can take form of a human or pet) but ppl is happy, the only way to progress in Eibon is buying properties to make money, dating & flirting with girls in your flat. WTF !

The main selling point of NTE gearing system are tetris pieces.
They are universal, can be put on most characters, and also
...Substats are always fixed. The only RNG you will face is _what_ substats are you getting.
Once you get correct substats - you get perfect piece.
