Pete Carroll on Coaching 🎥
Great coaches don’t just demand compliance. They teach athletes to think, adapt, and figure it out.
Coaching = Belief in someone’s potential + Commitment to their journey.

I get the opportunity to call one of the great rivalries in college football this Saturday night on ESPN2: Idaho vs Montana.
I’ve heard calling a game at Grizzly Stadium is a bucket-list experience. It’s the largest stadium in the Big Sky, and it’s famous for being LOUD. At almost 120 decibels….opponents can’t even hear the play call. Can’t wait to feel the energy, passion, & atmosphere…it’s everything you’d want in college football.
The rivalry comes with one of the coolest trophies in the sport: The Little Brown Stein. Can’t wait to see it up close.

"I could cry right now honestly"
Emotions were high for Missoula native and Sentinel Alum Kassidy Kirgan (@KirganKassidy ) who made the start in net tonight against her home town team and received a standing ovation from #Griz nation.
Kirgan only surrendered one goal from a PK.
