The fact that Bukakke continues to be put on the back burner for priority to be fired is beyond me. He is PROCTOR Jr. He was with Proctor the whole time! He was his "supervisor." He was equally as careless and corrupt. (And ALSO lied about the condition of the TL but no "proof".) Proctor was not fired ONLY because of his texts.
