Rosalie Gicanda (1928-1994), last Queen of Rwanda, was known for regularly sharing milk in Taba, Butare with children from her neighbourhood. Les seuls pays au monde qui ne commémorent pas le génocide contre les Tutsi du Rwanda sont la RDC et le Burundi.
