@kaankit So only 10,000 is not the only factor. Male migration for employment is one of the major factors. Most Male voters reside outside Bihar during the election and are unable to go back to vote. All recent election data also suggests the same.

लाड़ली बहना रिटर्न्स इन बिहार!! बिहार में इस बार महिलाओं ने वोटिंग के मामले में सारे रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिए हैं। इतिहास में अब तक का सबसे अधिक महिला मतदान प्रतिशत दर्ज किया है। पुरुषों और महिलाओं के बीच मतदान का अंतर लगभग 10 प्रतिशत रहा - जहाँ पुरुष मतदाता 62.8% रहे, वहीं महिलाओं का मतदान 71.6% तक पहुँच गया। अगर यह मान लिया जाए कि मतदान से ठीक पहले राज्य सरकार द्वारा किया गया 10,000 कैश ट्रांसफर महिलाओं को मतदान केंद्रों तक लाने में मददगार रहा, तो यह लोकतंत्र के लिए एक चिंताजनक संकेत है। मेरा कहने का मतलब यह बिल्कुल नहीं है कि नीतीश कुमार की सरकार ने इसके अलावा महिलाओं के लिए कुछ नहीं किया -ऐसा बिल्कुल नहीं है। काफी समय से नीतीश कुमार ने महिला सशक्तिकरण के क्षेत्र में ठोस काम किए हैं ,और इसका असर भी साफ़ दिखाई देता है -इस वजह से उन्होंने महिला वोटर वर्ग में मजबूत पकड़ बनाई है। लेकिन पुरुषों और महिलाओं के बीच वोट प्रतिशत का इतना बड़ा अंतर -लगभग 10% - असामान्य रूप से बहुत ज्यादा है। बिना किसी तात्कालिक पुश के यह संभव नहीं लगता, और वह पुश हालिया कैश ट्रांसफर योजना ही प्रतीत होती है। एक्ज़िट पोल में NDA गठबंधन को बढ़त दिख रही है। ऐसा पैटर्न हमने पहले मध्यप्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र और झारखंड में भी देखा था। यह ट्रेंड अच्छा नहीं है -अगर यही चलता रहा, तो लोकतंत्र में लेवल प्लेइंग फील्ड की अवधारणा ही खत्म हो जाएगी। सत्ताधारी दल मतदाताओं तक सीधे पैसे पहुँचा देंगे, और विपक्ष के पास जनता को देने के लिए सिवाय वादों के अलावा क्या बचेगा। आप किसी भी राजनीतिक दल के समर्थक हों, इस ट्रेंड को लेकर चिंतित जरूर होना चाहिए।

राज्य के युवाओं को सरकारी नौकरी एवं रोजगार के अधिक अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए तथा उनका भविष्य सुरक्षित करने के लिए हमारी सरकार ने कई ठोस कदम उठाए हैं। अब हमलोगों ने युवाओं के हित में एक निर्णय और लिया है। मुझे यह बताते हुए खुशी हो रही है कि राज्यस्तरीय सरकारी नौकरी हेतु सभी आयोगों (बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग/ बिहार कर्मचारी चयन आयोग/ बिहार तकनीकी सेवा आयोग/ बिहार पुलिस अवर सेवा आयोग/ केन्द्रीय सिपाही चयन पर्षद आदि) के द्वारा आयोजित की जाने वाली प्रारंभिक (PT) प्रतियोगिता परीक्षाओं के शुल्क में एकरूपता लाते हुए अभ्यर्थियों को परीक्षा शुल्क में बड़ी छूट प्रदान करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। अब प्रारंभिक (PT) प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा में शामिल होने वाले अभ्यर्थियों के लिए मात्र 100 रूपए का शुल्क रखने का निर्देश दिया गया है। वहीं प्रारंभिक (PT) परीक्षा पास कर मुख्य परीक्षा (Mains) में शामिल होने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को अब कोई परीक्षा शुल्क नहीं देना होगा। राज्य सरकार के इस कदम से लाखों युवाओं को लाभ होगा। राज्य में अधिक से अधिक युवाओं को सरकारी नौकरी और रोजगार मिले, ये शुरू से ही हमारी प्राथमिकता रही है। राज्य सरकार की इस पहल से युवा और प्रोत्साहित होकर अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।

@Bihar_se_hai Aisa power cut 2010 ke decade me hi rhta tha. Itne dino baad ab dekhne ko mil rha hai. Electricity supply hi km krna to 125 unit free de hi kyu rhe. Isse achha to pehle hi tha jo 20-21 ghante bijli to rhti thi. Yha to nahi bijli rah rhi hai or nahi kuchh achhe se kaam ho pa rha.
