I also found limiting the horizontal movement of the followers in the guides helps a lot, essentially eliminate “wiggle room.” Standardize cam size, too big jam, too small jam. I have made a demo/test box that I can test cams and guides as I print or laser cut them.

@MrsCundari We lasercut the CAMs and then 3D printed follower guides…that was a game changer.
